A rising star Lana Del Rey conquered the world with her American old stars style. And everyone got addicted to it. Also her lips are beautiful, and a lot of people thing that he had plastic surgery... the bad news is that those are her real lips... Well girls I know you might hate her because of her lips... ;) but don't! Lana is a very sweet girl and has a powerful voice. I personally love her because she has different songs than other artists and is not afraid to express her old stars style. Lana said that her album 'Born To Die' is a 'tribute to living life on the wild side' and that she maybe won't have any albums more... well, I hope that's not true.

On March 4th, 2012 to the boy who turns my knees to jello.

In South India, an engagement is a ceremony that involves the families exchanging gifts and agreeing to have the two kids in love, married soon. Its all about the families coming together. Once all the ceremonial agreeing is done, we exchange rings !

I am still soaking it all in. It was every thing I wished for and more. I now have a full year to plan my wedding. And I'm booking you to help me with it all the way !


I did my own makeup. It was a day time ceremony so I kept it simple with a underlying peach/pink-orange/gold theme. Can you spot the products ?


My sister did this for us. Its a part of our love story.




The girl puts the ring on the boy first. He surprised me and the rest of the family by going down on one knee. I was just too excited to react.

And, the ring is worn on the right hand.

Inspired by the new youthful colors, with floral prints and vintage collars, the Pull&Bear brand really put some effort. Also the mint color is very in this season. This collection reminds me on the song 'Video Games' by Lana Del Rey (maybe she was their inspiration ), and there is also some french style in the air! What surprised me is the new motto for this brand ( and also for the whole upcoming season ) is: 'Less is more'!

How To Wear An Oversized Tee

Ok, I really like the oversized tee look. And I've seen girls wearing them with skinny jeans or leggings with all kinds of prints. But just to be clear, every OVS ( oversized ) tee goes best with normal one-colored leggings. Of course, if it's hot, then use an denim shorts. But, even if I try to wear the OVS look, how can I do it so that it won't look like I'm just wearing an too-big top?! And how to make it look cuter?
Well, the answer is simple - Jewelry.

Yes,  A cute long necklace is always a good idea, then you can wear bracelets or rings too if you want. Just don't go overboard.

Or, you can wear it with one shoulder and add then a big necklace. And that depends on if it's really big or with small shoulders.
